When we got it out of the box it didn't really look like a tree until Millissa put her magic touch on it. We let Saige and Elle decorate the 9 ft pine. Me, I just threw them up and if they stuck, they were good.

I'm NOT a purest! I love fake trees, and Millissa knows how to make anything look marvelous! So what if it doesn't smell fresh. Spray it with pine scent. (Not really.)
