St. George - Day 2

SNOW! I have never seen it snow this bad in St. George. We showed up for the second round of the Two-Man Team tournament. The weather forecast called for a 40% chance of rain and I don't really know what that means? If it's already raining, wouldn't that 40 turn in to a 100% chance?

Anyway, it rained the entire time, we were soaked! The tournament rules officials suspended play after 10 holes. You didn't hear anyone in our foresome complaining. We had hail that would not stop. Later we headed over to Iggy's to watch the Super Bowl. the snow kept on coming down. by the time we got done there was at least 3 inches of snow. That wouldn't seem like a lot, but remember we are in St. George. We came down here to get out of that type of weather.

After have 4 people tell us we were crazy to try to return home tonight, and after contacting the Highway Patrol to see how the roads were. We decided that it would be best to stay the night and leave in the morning.
